1 - No issues. Cookie, Tipsi done. Wombat, Stacey to do (not at meeting).
2 - Ongoing. More time needed. CSAR squad looks promising.
3 - Few technical diffulties. Some player issues but not all with new players. Call for closer eye on S2 and stricter admin. More community policing needed as well, especially in regard to long standing members playing ‘sub par’ their skills / capabilities.
4 - Erratic. Not many signups. Recent absence meant no training for 2 weeks. Back on track but need more trainers to help with the revised content (To be done). 1 confirmed new trainer (Cookie)
5 - Some issues fixed with memalloc, apparently. Server fps is variable and voip is still horoffic. Hopefully patch soon.
6 - Space Engineers server? Needs more interest to validate effort going into hosting. Suggest Forum post to see what interest and how it might work.
- Forum moderator privileges for all admins? Yes. Some issues still to address, raised by Forum Admin.

- No. 1 - third person and loss of players.
- Custom settings currently forced on by changes to difficulty settings in last patch. Will try remove as a test.
- No. 1 - New PO version for Community only (trained members) night?

- Delegation to admins. Lots of stuff needs to be done or followed up on and no one is doing it. In the meeting I will look for admins to delegate this stuff to.
- Someone to be goto for clan vs clan related games. Forum admin section discussion.
- Results of working with core member around #2 server. Been speaking to and working with the core membership of number 2 in efforts to see what can be done and what they want done.
- Some improvement on 2 (quality and core behaviour), more switched on players, less people dicking around. But still room for improvement.
- Arsenal in every mission causes long start delay. Awaiting patch for fix. Can use predefined kits.
- ZGM training? Probably a good idea, but not for main missions on game nights.
- Community want grey areas tightening and incidents dealing with quickly.
- Working with admins and core membership around getting rules and guidelines sorted for server 2. (Building upon Backup's doc and thread)
- Communication between admins. Still some issues here, information getting to some admins and not to others, need to get this streamlined.
- In progress but still room for improvement.

Other server 2 issues:
- Enforcement of rules re: mission Dev. No uploads on game night. No rush jobs.
- More delegation to specific persons rather than generic admin for specific tasks.
- Admins are there to maintain discipline and quality of server / service. There are not there to over rule mission commander in mission related matter.

Stacey
- Missions should include casualty limit or time limit on no respawn missions. Often see people leaving server because of waiting too long for next mission.
- Should be down to mission dev to decide Vs. stops jips / casualties waiting for a long time for next mission.
- Wave respawns every 30mins an option.
- Shouldn’t remove freedom from mission devs!
- Best solution, don’t run these types of missions back to back. Mission list spreadsheet to include an extra column for JIP yes or no. Can be open to feedback from those on the server, whether they want another mission of that type or not.
- Pushed to forum for community involement in discussion.

Assistant Admin review

No problems, just don’t over do it and burn out.

Server reports
- Servers and TS trolled and attacked with some kind of DOS. New sop in place to contact ****, ****, ****. Or failing those being online.. **** with persons IP address from TeamSpeak connection info. Encryption added to TS. Process of banning these people may take time to filter out their VPNs but should work.
- S1 numbers at max. Lots of new faces from steam sale becoming regulars and already taking part in training sessions.
- S2 Some people would like British kits, balanced with removing so many options from the arsenal (**** to make forum post).
- S2 Some further attention needed by admins to long standing players still bending the rules and causing some disruption and more importantly the example they are setting to the influx of new members coming to S2.
- S2 Self policing still not effective. Only by taking responsibility as a whole community and backing each other up will these issues be reduced.
- S2 Could use some attention to random chatter in squads clogging squad comms. Not applicable in combat situation. There is scope for friendly banter, but in the appropriate situation.
- Same issue with regulars taking same roles. More attention and prompts to buddy or mentor. To be mentioned in briefings when situation arises.
- Training server voip not working as expected (**** fixed).
- No last minute mission uploads. Forum post added on S2 by ****.
- RC Frost to look at server issue.

More Forum moderation needed to remove any unconstructive and negative banter that doesn’t further the argument.

Tanoa. Any options for people without APEX to still play with us?
- We will still have availability of Altis and Tanoa, but Tanoa will be the focus.
- ZEUS Patrol Ops variant will launch as a trained member only event on release, as a little thank you to them for completing the training and setting a better standard on the servers. Currently in development.
Can there be an alternative night for people without APEX?
- If you’re the admin on the server it’s you’re call on responding to what the majority are asking for.

- PermaDeath puts off some players. Any other options? Wave respawn? An option is to play missions with respawn first, then no respawn missions later in the evening. However, mission design is at the mission devs discretion.

Points:

Dedicated Tanoa / APEX patrol ops nights? (xxxxx)
- Would provide some info about number of Apex players
- Given the more difficult bleed-out system on Tanoa patrol ops, might also prove as a good place to promote server 2 for those that enjoy the more immersive experience
- If run on a known day each week, would allow for easier admin overview in case of server crashes, duff missions etc.
- Would provide more community experience for gaming on Tanoa which would hopefully lower our casualty numbers and playstyle as a community on game nights as well as informing a potential Jungle Operations training mission?

Still some people don’t have it / waiting for dlc, so servers sheds players (up to half) when switching to tanoa.
New PO Altis version coming with the new systems. Will help achieve goals above without need for APEX. This can also help promote the more immersive experience on server 2.
Are we putting off new people who want to play tanoa / apex? Our main draw is how we play not what we play so shouldn’t be too much of an issue. To keep the community pushing forward we should keep up to date with arma development. Staying on altis could be stagnating. Suggestion of using a new apex only server to test numbers. Let's not dilute numbers. The better experience is with larger player base. Hopefully encourage people to get APEX.

-Streamline the current debrief system for both #1 and #2 servers. I have a few ideas how we can shorten the debrief of each mission so we can cut the bullshit and keep to the important points: Finding non-generic solutions to improving our game which can be implemented as soon as the next mission starts.
People are following the current Teamspeak bullet point system too prescriptively.

WHAT WENT WELL?
Only speak about exemplary performances seen in the mission and examples that need to be seen more in future missions. This should be the shortest part of the briefing. (Use the bullet point system in teamspeak here to raise issues that may need to be addressed IF ANY).

WHAT WENT WRONG?
Be honest and constructive. Which of your assets did not perform as well as you had liked, affecting the success of the mission? (Use the bullet point system in teamspeak here to raise issues that may need to be addressed IF ANY).

HOW CAN WE IMPROVE?
Focusing on only the points brought up by you previously, are there any specific tactical suggestions you can make which is constructive to both the asset and the whole community.

Keep people talking about relevant issues and improvements. Not diluting with repetitive rambling pointless comments.ALSO: ADMINs to take a more active role when refereeing the debrief. and remove any non-pertinent issues. (war story tellers)

Keep both, keybinding for fhq map draw system complicated. Can’t rebind easily. Easier to set up logging on BIS rather than continue to fiddle with FHQ (xxxxx)

DNS issues caused problems with multiple providers. Resolved. XML issue to be investigated further.

1) Discussion/clarification about what is necessary to be granted green Member status.

Rule must be enforced if we know it has been breached.
Frost doesn't want to get involved in player management, however in this instance a kid bragged he had a 15th birthday in front of others on teamspeak, forcing Frost to request a ban on the player until he was 16.

Discuss removing / disabling BattleEye on Server 2 (player request - see blackfires thread).

Seems to be just Blackfire mainly struggling with this issue. Could be another issue with his setup as not many others reporting same issue. Won’t change away from battleye for one person. BattleEye kicks when it sees an issue. It doesn't cause the issue. Usually. Possible packet loss / clipping or connection issue causing desync and triggering the kick? Needs further investigation by the individual. As this seems limited to one, or very very few people, it suggests client side issue or conflict.

Possible cause identified. Awaiting response from TS devs on solution.

1 more week for people to review.

- General comments on mission focus / player mentality.
Could use some better protocol for starting missions to minimise delays and get people into game asap. Especially after 10-20 mins of planning and briefing.
Ideally, start with a set loadout with minimal options for change, in vehicles ready to go.
Some minimal changes should be allowed to provide people interaction and not feel too 'limited'.
S2 should be run at the highest quality, game night or not. Some more discipline needed for players who are setting bad examples and generally not playing to a standard we would expect. more warnings and session bans.

Admin Script to be finalised from bullet points.
Training content final comments in, to be reviewed and revised.
Mission file in development. 80%

TS Outages
May have to reinstall TS Servers to eliminate interruptions. Caused by duplicate installation from previous host.
Can happen in approx 1 week.
Can’t use snapshot or backup. Will be fresh install.
***** to make notes on rooms / permissions etc / info panels / ftp
May request assistance from another admin.

S2 Behavioural issues.
Not really improving. More consistent approach by admins would help. Has lapsed recently.
Basic guidance for admins will be documented on trello. All admins to contribute.

Monitisation?
Not really for us. Not where the community wants to go.

S1 Numbers
Repopulating via creating a considered effort for 2 weeks by trying to fill the important roles ourselves at resetting the quality bar.
Get everyone together out of game night to try push up the quality and attract numbers.
***** - Setup calendar for 4 nights in a two week period to find best nights when most admins can attend.

- Update on CPR dates and progress

- S2 Intro mission progress
-- Nearing completion. Last review comments and suggestions being worked in. Review in 2 weeks.

-- Xmas period saw a few issues. Some admin generated. Attitude and behaviour seems to have improved in general.Game nights for last two weeks were enjoyable for all.
