Loadout script not working properly (SOLVED)

In game people had bugged so some had their inventory filled with as many smoke as they could carry. Medic and AT seem to have a lot of medkits and missile aswell. There was also some players that looked like their bodies were melting. This is an example of the AT class script which I exported from the arsenal and imported into the player. This is an example of the squadleader loadout script:

I don't know if I put the brackets correctly since I am very new to scripting, therefor because the text is too big for teamspeak I am making a temporary post for solutions.

Did you paste this code into the init field of the player units in the editor? If so, that's your problem. You need to use external scripting instead.

Ben has written a mission making tutorial which covers, along with many other things, how to create a loadout script which is reliable. Check it out.

All cases of "this" need to be replaced with "player".
You couldn't script your way out of a cardboard box.

I will replace "this" with "player" on the first standard script and follow the guide to make use of an external script instead. I did indeed paste the code into the init field in the editor. Appreciate the help, i'll let you know if it seems like it works.

That is the PlayerLoadout.sqf file.

It doesn't run when hosting local game, maby it only runs server wize but I will post it here just incase (before it is fixed).

If you are going to include many lines of code in a forum post, use "code" tags around the body of the code to keep it tidy.

Thanks due to some help from Nuttex and Dimitry I found out I needed to put "_handle = execVM "playerLoadout.sqf"; };

};

In the "init.sqf" file to make it work.
