1-Keep away from the keyboard and mouse
2-Take a Deep breath
3-Dont get back to the game until you feel that all your anger has disappeared
4-Come back in and avoid talking about it too much
5-If unfortunate events keep happening, just close the game and do something else.
This is arma and thing sometimes don't go as plan, but try to make the best of a situation by holding coms and let it go of your anger somewhere away from other player. it's better not to bother other players with your shit talking... just keep cool and enjoy the game with its sweets and sawer
