First of all many thanks to all of those who gave their time to attend the meeting on Saturday 17-6-2017.

For those who were unable to attend and for general record here is the link to the recorded meeting minutes.

The recording runs to just over three hours so I provide notated timings for various topics below.
I have used Gdrive on this occasion in order to get the minutes out swiftly however I will be using a stream-able medium in the future.
(some may be able to access this as a stream by rick-clicking and using google music)

Summary

0-3:30 Intro

3:30-9:53 Community Information, Admins roles and responsibilities.
Action Add admin roles/responsibilities to community info hub.

10:00-22:40 Community policing, self-policing, reporting procedures.
Note Admins should be sure to give at least an acknowledgement that a complaint is being handled. Wider issues affecting the community could merit a post on the forum (redacted if necessary).

22:40-26:40 (silence 23:22-25:00) Absentee's letter

26:40-1:13:00 Servers hardware, the future.
Note Investigate adding Devs to Server1 Patrol Ops ZGM whitelist (may be complex)
Note Call from members for more community presence on No1 Server during periods aimed at reviving the numbers.

59:30-106:30 (Summary of use of donations, hardware requirements, community costs, requirements for growth and future-proofing )

1:13:00-1:16:50 Break

1:17:00-1:35:00 What do we expect in developing the servers and regarding their current state?
Follows broad discussion of various server issues.
Action Treat next ARMA3 free weekend (or similar) as a flagship event and put on a strong show to attract fresh blood and for general PR.
Note Be sure to pre-warn mission makers and have new content prepared when new DLC's arrive.

1:46:00-2:08:40 Server 2 Mod content. ACRE update. Early warning of mods updates. Discussion of mods proposal process. BAF.
Agenda Next Meet "Define what missions we want/are interested in seeing as a community to help guide developers".

2:08:00 -2:16:00 Update on new Mission Dev tag process.

2:16:00-2:18:00 Comment on forums rules and etiquette revision.

2:18:30-2:34:00 TVT nights discussion
Note Members think general focus and game-play should be improved on these nights
