I'm currently completing my Masters at University and would be ever so grateful for your help in answering my questionnaire.
The purpose of this short questionnaire is to enable me to investigate the effect that different moderators have on the effectiveness of shock advertising ('shockvertising') within anti-smoking campaigns. Both smokers and non smokers can answer.
