Just in case anyone else was interested in the changelogs:

-Horizon Island Defence Force (Low tech US backed faction)
-New US pilot helmets (which look awesome)
-DAP UH-60s
-Russian cluster munitions
-M84 PDW

Many fully-modelled Russian submunition types for cluster bombs and dispensers: AO-1Sh, OFAB-50UD, PTAB-1M, PTAB-2.5KO, PTAB-2.5M, ZAB-2.5T, PFM-1, PTM-1

Yippie, cluster bombs should actually be able to kill tanks now. Blessed be the Red Hammer Studios.
